Climate Map Of Latin America

Machu Picchu, one of the most famous sites in Latin America.Latin America is the part of the Americas where the Romance languages of Spanish and Portugese dominate. This includes South America, Central America, Mexico, and some Caribbean islands like Cuba, Dominican Republican and Puerto Rico. In its original usage, it also included regions where the French language predominates, but that is not part of its current usage.

There is quite a lot of climatic variation in Latin America, ranging from tropical rainforest that are hot and humid year-round, to mountainous regions that can be cold in the winter.
